Okanagan Lakefront Resort Penticton, Penticton

My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. While I loved the unbeatable location right across from Okanagan Lake, and the room was spacious, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and the lack of proper maintenance. The staff seemed overwhelmed, which affected the overall service experience. Considering the price, I expected a lot more, especially in terms of room hygiene and courteous service.

I had a terrible experience dealing with the hotel owner, which really soured my opinion. I never even got to stay there, but based on my interactions, I cannot recommend this place at all. My cancellation process via Expedia was straightforward, but the owner's rudeness and refusal to even look into my confirmation left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I advise others to steer clear of this hotel!

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the location is fantastic, right across from Lake Okanagan and close to numerous restaurants. The service from the staff was really accommodating and friendly. On the other hand, I had a very frustrating experience with the owner regarding a canceled reservation, which left a sour taste. Overall, I think there are better options out there, but the cleanliness and value for money are worth considering.
